As women we have an extra consideration -- the energy of making a baby.Meditation to us is different than it is to a man. With this energy we can nurture, heal and create for those around us; but can we as freely use it for ourselves? This 4-week class is fun and informative. It offers you a new way of seeing yourself and teaches psychic tools usee in meditation as well as in your daily life. (Topics covered are the same as the class curriculum taught at the San Rafael site.)
